Manfred Münnich is probably one of the most sympathetic hosts in Nuremberg
A beautiful location, excellent food and very friendly service
Excellent Thai food. Highly recommended.
The location alone is worth a visit, but the food was completely convincing. The floor restaurant is located in an old mill. The furniture is rustic but of high quality. Anyone expecting a typical Thai restaurant is wrong here. The menu is pleasantly clear, while the wine list allows a larger selection. The advice about the wine was also good! Our starters were absolutely convincing. Firm octopus and the marinade of the tuna brought energy to the plate. The excellent quality beef tenderloin was fried to perfection but - you have to like it - really spicy. The green pepper and krachai grouper was not only wonderfully presented, it tasted fantastic too. At a slightly higher price, you also get a very good quality and very good and courteous service. We recommend!
Curry with chicken was OK, but unfortunately papaya salad had nothing to do with Thai style.
Try the papaya salad. Laab beef (1-). Close to perfection. A little more toasted aromas, more pep. Sharpness OK. Pad Thai with prawns, tom pot or, as a third choice, grouper!
Were there in the summer. Extraordinary and rustic location in a romantic area. Service excellent, courteous, but not intrusive, very nice and very competent advice. The food is delicious, but in my opinion the prices are not justified.
Personally, I think the location is good, but the interior is uncomfortable and there are no parking spaces. Who likes "loud" tasting spices is right here. However, I find the prices for main dishes from the wok sporty. You have to like it - I didn't like it!
Super authentic food
GOOD OPERATION / FOOD OK
Good Thai food, but unfortunately very expensive. 22 euros for curry chicken with little rice is heavy. The inside of the mill is very nice, which makes up for the price. It is always well attended.
Great place beautiful right on the pegnitz super good food Thai was a nice evening
Since we have been regular guests on the floor for almost 25 years, we were thrilled that Manfred and his team now offer takeaway meals several days a week. And like in the restaurant, this food is simply delicious! Always a gourmet highlight for us. Freshest ingredients in excellent quality, refined with herbs and spices and skillfully prepared. And the whole thing is also presented optically great. As is well known, the eye eats with it. In Corona times you can get the delicacies in bamboo containers that are easily transportable and biodegradable. We recently had the Thai papaya salad and the glass noodle salad with chicken and octopus as starters. Both are awesome. And the Octopus is super tender. The main dishes were anglerfish with green pepper + krachai roots and beef fillet with red curry paste, coconut milk and vegetables. Both are super aromatic too. Top quality fish and meat. Even if some criticized here that the portions were too small for him / her, we think the price / performance or better enjoyment ratio was great. And you get great wines for very "decent" prices :-) The service is always very friendly and personal. Congratulations and thanks to the whole floor team and especially to the magicians in the kitchen. We will be back for take away very soon and hopefully we will be back in the restaurant soon. Get through this difficult time well and healthy! P.S. Sorry for the moderate photos. Didn't want the food to get cold because of the photos ;-)
Food is definitely delicious. However, I have already eaten this somewhere else. I would give food 8 out of 10 points. Service nice, all good. But I don't necessarily have to come back. Price quite high. Portions not particularly large either.
Our "favorite Thai" in Nuremberg. ?Service and boss are very nice and the food is perfect. What more do you want?! Make sure to pre-order, otherwise you have no chance of a place. Thank you, Manfred! Super delicious food to take away too! ?? Thank you Manfred and team. Kind regards Barbara and Knuth
Great location, great atmosphere! The high-quality dishes, especially the starters, taste very good and are always very attractively arranged. The tuna tartare is particularly recommended. In general, I have never been disappointed by the consistently high level. The wine selection is also gigantic - we are always very well advised in this regard.
Great ambience in an old grain mill, friendly service, very delicious food. Highly recommended at any time ?
Good
Fully met expectations. Very special place, good and kind owner. To mark for the next visit to Nuremberg!
If you like food and a special - something different - location, you are in great hands. Add to that the really delicious food ... it's worth every penny. I was there for the first time & will be back ... luckily we had reservations.
This place is a little gem. The location, the atmosphere, the service, the food and the wine selection are curated to the smallest detail. It feels at home and super special at the same time. Super happy to go there all the time!
Great food and very nice service. The ambiance is anything but Thai. But the food is worth a visit.
Excellent

Mamma mia! Delicious & super friendly staff. high quality & tasty/delicate menu. Reccomended!!
Very cozy place, not common thai restaurant style, excellent service, good wine selection, food is good (but ask for “real” thai if you like it authentic spiced)
It s a really stunning place to eat authentic thai food in an old mill.
Great Thai food. Prices are a bit higher but reasonable.
Best Thai restaurant in Nuremberg. Very nice ambient and friendly service!
I am still Amazed that I could greet great Thai food in the middle of Germany. Or giddy explained that reservations are a must during trade shows. Menu in German only... but waitress translated for us.
Great service and great food - a cozy atmosphere....
One of my favorite places in Nuremberg. Great food. Beautiful place and friendly people.
The place is just sitting there, quietly by the river, an old grain mill turned into a restaurant. Food is prepared with both love and art, and a lot of effort goes into the mostly Asian inspired dishes, resulting in an explosion of flavours that one would not have thought to find in this part of Frankonia. The combination of it all is what makes it so great: location, decor, history, food, presentation, friendly service, and the atmosphere.
super
